The Greatness to Overcome
I wonder how many of us fear passion; How many of us, in our daily lives, in our choices, our speech, our movements choose to do what we do and be who we are specifically out of fear of our own discovery. How many of us, to whatever degree, choose to be or not to be based on a fear of some sort of discovery- based on a fear that we might actually feel something so great, do something so big, and discover something so magnificent that there will be no going back…. That we will be separate from the average person and from those already in our lives because we will see something that no one has told us of before. Something that we were not told was meant to be written into our lives.
But this fear is possibly the only thing that holds us back from understanding and feeling any sort of state of nirvana in this lifetime. It is perhaps the only thing which stops us from connecting to something so much greater than us, so much more vast and amazing that what we have been conditioned to accept as reality. This fear just may be the only thing which stops us, from in this lifetime, becoming whole.
